Reroll calculator
Every grimoire or race roll is treated as an independent draw, so a 1% result still has a 1% chance on the next try, however many you have already spent. The 50% line is the point where you are as likely to have landed it as not; the 90% line is the budget most players should plan for. Change the chance or the price if the game updates before we do.

How to use the Clover RPG wiki

Check the build badge first. Every page shows the game build and the day its numbers were last compared with the sources. If the badge is older than the latest update, treat tiers as provisional.

Open the page that matches your question. Magic has grimoire odds and skills, Races has perks and roll chances, Tier List says what to keep or reroll, and the Beginner Guide covers the road to level 15.

Look at the source tag before you spend Essence. Rows tagged Disputed show both numbers. A roll listed at 1% by one wiki and 2% by another changes the cost of chasing it by half.

Run the numbers in the reroll calculator. Pick the magic or race you want and read how many rolls and how much Essence you need for a 50%, 90% and 99% chance of landing it.

Come back after each update. The game launched on October 23, 2026 and balance is still moving. The badge date changes only when the data has been re-checked.
FAQ
Does Clover RPG have codes?+
Not at the launch build. The game shipped on October 23, 2026 without a code redemption box, and no wiki has a verified working code. Codes for Clover Origins, Clover Retribution and other Black Clover style games do not work in Clover RPG. Our codes page tracks any change.
What is the best magic in Clover RPG?+
Wind and Beast are ranked S tier at launch. Wind is the better pick if you are rolling at random because it appears 20% of the time, while Beast is only 5%. Light is the safest common roll for solo play because it is the only magic with a self-heal.
What is the rarest magic and race?+
Time is the rarest magic at 1%. Lesser Demon and Lesser Angel are the rarest races, listed at 1% by one wiki and 2% by another. Hidden entries such as Spatial magic and Archangel race exist in the game files at 0% and cannot be rolled.
How much does it cost to reroll magic?+
Fan wikis report 650 Essence or Robux for a magic reroll in the in-game shop. The Gladiator and Bael bosses can also drop a reroll rarely, and wiping then reaching level 15 again gives a fresh grimoire roll. Prices may change after updates.
